March Clinics are optional. Nor Cal Swim League rules dictate that in the month of March, coaching should be limited in time and focused on stroke work. 

• Cost is $140 per swimmer. Your swimmer must be registered with the Dolphins before registering for Clinics. If they are not registered, please reach out to Coach Janine for approval. Your Del Norte club account will be charged March 1 for each participating swimmer.
• Clinics run Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from March 3-26.

Porpoise/Junior group: 4:00-4:45 pm (outdoor)

Dolphins: 4:50-5:20 pm (indoor)

Pups: 5:20-5:50 pm (indoor)

Pre-Senior & Senior: 6:00-7:00 pm (outdoor)
